Thoughts :  

I would hope that people understand the difference between

EQUAL OPPORTUNITY 
and  
PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT. 

Everyone just wants the opportunity to do the same job, go to the same college or school and take the same tests that is available to all without discrimination affecting the selection process.

I don't NEED preferential treatment
